Highlight #1

Project Title: Eight episodes from "The Sound of Dreaming"; a dream opera with Nona Hendryx and Dr. Richard Boulanger

Date: May to August 2017; performed August 19th 2017

Location: MASS MoCA (Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art), North Adams, MA

Roles: Performer, controllerist, programmer

Goal: Performance project

Summary: With Berklee Ambassador for Artistry in Education Nona Hendryx, Electronic Production & Design Professor Richard Boulanger, select EPD alums and students including myself participated in the performance, production and development of "The Sound of Dreaming", an opera created by Nona and Dr. Boulanger. Originally performed at Moogfest 2017, this opera was workshopped from May to August 2017, in order to be performed in collaboration with MASS MoCA exhibiting artist Nick Cave, who created costumes for the opera.

Highlight #2

Project Title: Solo electronic music performances

Date: Spring 2017 to present

Location: Berklee College of Music's Oliver Colvin Hall, Berk Hall, David Friend Recital Hall; Middle East (Cambridge, MA); MIT Coffeehouse Lounge (Cambridge, MA); Out of the Blue (Cambridge, MA); Esplanade (Singapore)

Roles: Concert leader, producer, arranger, performer, programmer

Goal: Self-initiated concerts granted by application

Summary: Since Spring 2017, I have performed at least one Berklee recital per semester, and since Summer 2017, I have been a performer at MIT's Coffeehouse Lounge. On New Year's Day of 2018, I made my debut outside of the United States with performances at the Esplanade in Singapore. As a producer and electronic music performer, my shows have been a platform for me to showcase my creative output, as well as collaborate with other vocalists and instrumentalists who I've come to work with.

Highlight #3

Project Title: Beats By Girlz collaboration

Date: March to July 2017

Location: Boston, MA; remote locations

Roles: Featured producer, presenter

Goal: Project with Beats by Girlz collective

Summary: I was a featured producer by music technology collective Beats by Girlz (BBG) in March 2017, and eventually went on to create instructional videos using music software Ableton Live with BBG's founder Erin Barra-Jean, as well as other young female producers.
